Yes you can! Contrary to lots of other website template solutions, our GPL licensing allows you the customer to use our themes on as many websites without having to spend another penny! we just ask you not to re-sell our themes.
We tend to release at least one new theme per month, but that hasn’t always been the case when we are busy updating older themes to give our existing customers the best theme possible.
WordPress is a free and open source blogging tool and a content management system, but its much more than just a blogging tool, it even powers large websites like ours. It’s a simple, yet extremely powerful script that helps you create, manage, and share your content easily around the world.
As of august 2011 WordPress manages 22% of all new websites. WordPress is currently the most popular CMS/Blogging tool in use on the Internet, which is pretty amazing!
Currently WordPress has two versions one being WordPress.com (hosted) and WordPress.org (self-hosted). Currently all of our themes will only work with the WordPress.org (self-hosted) software. You can find our themes for WordPress.org on our theme page.

Currently we do not have any themes on WordPress.com, but we are working with Automattic to make some of our themes available on the wordpress.com marketplace which we are excited about. We primarily design and develop for usage with the open source WordPress platform from www.wordpress.org. However, in the future a handful of our specialized themes will be for sale on WordPress.com.
Currently, we offer theme updates and fast customer service/support for 1 year. Sales provide you with 100% access to the entire theme/product’s code. You also get access to updates for 1 year after purchasing. After 1 year, in order to allow us to continue providing quality updates, products must be renewed at a discounted rate. If you don’t need updates any longer, you don’t need to purchase a renewal. The product will continue being active on your WordPress installation in the state it is in.
On an individual theme page you’ll notice a big orange “Buy This Theme” button which is right next to the large theme image, click on that to get started.
